   MWL JULIUS NYERERE

Nyerere began attending Government Primary School, in Musoma, at the age of 12, where he completed the four-year program in three years and went on to Tabora Boys Government Secondary School. He received a scholarship to attend Makerere University (at that time the only tertiary education institution in East Africa), where he obtained a teaching diploma.

He returned to Tanganyika and worked for three years at St. Mary's Secondary School( Currently MILAMBO HIGH SCHOOL)  in Tabora, where he taught biology and English. In 1949, he got a scholarship to attend the University of Edinburgh (he was the first Tanzanian to study at a British university and only the second to gain a university degree outside Africa) where he obtained his Masters of Arts degree in Economics and History in 1952. In Edinburgh, partly through his encounter with Fabian thinking, Nyerere began to develop his particular vision of connecting socialism with African communal living

 DALALY KAFUMU:

Kafumu was born on 4 August 1957 at Itumba Village in Igunga District. He was educated at the Itumba Primary School for Primary Education and Milambo Secondary School for his Ordinary Level Secondary Education. He attended Mkwawa High School for his Advanced Level Secondary Education. Kafumu obtained a B.Sc. Degree in Geology from the University of Dar es Salaam in 1983; and in 1987 Kafumu obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the University of Dar es Salaam. He also studied a Postgraduate Diploma in Mineral Exploration at the Institute of Aerospace Science in Delft, the Netherlands in 1991. He then obtained an M.Sc. and a Ph.D. Degrees in Geology from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Free University of Brussels) obtained in 1995 and 2000 respectively.


EDWARD NGOYAI LOWASA

Lowassa joined Monduli Primary School (which was later renamed to Moringe Primary School) in 1961. Lowassa was the school band leader at Monduli Primary School and in 1967 he sat for the CPEE. He then went on to Arusha Secondary School in 1968 and sat for his O-Level Certificate, the CSEE in 1971. For his A-Levels, he attended Milambo Secondary School from 1972 to 1973 where he sat for his ACSEE.



Palamagamba  Kabudi


Kabudi was born in SingidaSingida Region. He first attended Kilimatinde Primary school in 1964 then from 1965 to the end of 1966 he went to Kitete Primary school. In 1967 he finally transferred to Berega Primary School before completing his CPEE at Mvumi Mission Primary School. In 1971 he joined The Tosamaganga Secondary School where he earned CSEE of Ordinary level education. From 1975 to 1976 he completed his ACSEE education at Milambo Secondary School.
